When we think about "island life" we think about a relaxed, simple life where we are in touch with nature. Memories of days at the beach share the common themes of warm sunshine, the soundtrack of rolling waves and the laughter of our children. Rylee + Cru's newest collection is inspired by the desire to kick back, relax and focus on what brings the most joy to our lives.
This season Rylee + Cru brings us fresh takes on styles we know and love, plus new pieces that we are sure will become customer favorites. The adorable tiered maxi dress is simple, flowy and comes in both a soft stripe print and a rich rainforest green. (Plus there's a matching dress for mamas!) Another favorite is the Brigette jumper; a tank style one piece in woven cotton featuring wide legs, side pockets and button front. The new Carrie blouse is a sweet and feminine tank style top with a ruffle hem that pairs perfectly with the scalloped shorts we first saw last spring. The crowd favorite cotton Layla mini dress comes in three beautiful prints and we have them all!
Whimsical prints and colors are one the hallmarks of the brand's spring collections. The color palette for Spring/Summer '19 features blush, sky, seafoam and cloud tones with strong saffron and storm pops of color. Pineapples, flamingos, mermaids, starfish and toucans are standout prints. The tropical design is a new style of print that feels reminiscent of a lush jungle canopy. The floral hibiscus print is an adorable take on classic Rylee + Cru flower prints.
We never forget about the boys, and we love that Rylee + Cru has been expanding on styles for boys with each collection. The raw edge tee is back in three cool styles. The short sleeve french terry hoodie in either natural colored toucan print or deep storm jellyfish print is a new essential. The ultra cozy James pant comes in two solid colors and pairs perfectly with the hoodies and throughout the collection. For baby boys, we love the sleeveless one piece and the gorgeous sand stripe overall by itself or paired with a cute tee underneath.
We really can never get enough of the thoughtfully designed pieces Rylee + Cru delivers.
